Esmethia currently provides online sales and delivery to customers throughout Ireland.

We currently deliver to customers throughout Ireland.
Our standard delivery estimates are:

Transit Time: 2–5 business days
Estimated Total Delivery: 3–7 business days
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Ireland local time, Monday to Friday, will generally begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Rights
We want our customers to have a clear and straightforward experience when shopping with Esmethia.
For most online purchases, Irish consumer law provides a 14-day cooling-off period. Generally, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel your purchase, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain products may be excluded from the cooling-off right where permitted by law, including certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract, you may have additional statutory rights and remedies under Irish consumer law.
